This blog offers you a glimpse of my “fixer upper” of a garden, providing a positive platform dedicated to gardening and wellbeing.

I’m a wife and mum of two, forever trying to coax my tween and teen outdoors, so creating social spaces in the garden will be part of the plan. 

Anxiety has been an unwelcome visitor in my life for many years.  As I document the creation of my garden, I’ll be sharing how all things horticultural have made a fundamental improvement to my mental health. 

I’m a novice, so no doubt there will be some laughs along the way – I’m learning as I grow!
